            £210 block of 6 sessions booked in advance.

(The cost includes email, text and telephone back up in between sessions)

Initial Session £40         -           Weekly Sessions £25 (45 minutes)    or/and      Email/Text Contact £10/week

(Please note you can choose between weekly sessions or email/text contact when on the Weight Loss Programme)
